The year 2018 for Taoticket ended with a new award. The company owned by Nicola Lorusso - based in Genoa and which for the given year, recorded more than 15.000 cruisers, managed through booking on the Ticketcrociere portal, the Italian brand of the company - reached another goal, as a testimony of the work done.
More than once Italy's best web agency, Taoticket received in November, the "MSC Cruises "All-Stars of the Sea" award, for the new "Best Performer World Cruise" category, during an evening hosted by MSC Country Manager Italy, Leonardo Massa and the Commercial Manager, Luca Valentini.
The award ceremony took place aboard Msc Fantasia, during a two-day mini-cruise departing from Civitavecchia, with a stop at La Spezia, before reaching the port of Genoa.
The portal has become an important reference point for the cruise sector in Italy. The category in which Taoticket was awarded, refers to a product that had been proposed by MSC Cruises for the first time and which Taoticket managed "to make the most of " - explained the MSC online-travel sales manager, Nello Prudente. Both, in terms of performance and communication level, they managed to project themselves immediately on the "World Cruise", the latest thing.
It is not just a matter of numbers but also of approach. That is a product more difficult to sell but they truly achieved an oustanding result.
It has been the 14th edition of "All-Stars of the Sea", the first one specifically dedicated to the Italian market. The MSC Company selected and awarded their "Stars" by choosing among agencies, suppliers and main partners.
