Good company
In my opinion, MSC was fantastic. The staff were kind, helpful, and there was no shortage of activities to do.
Excellent staff but many shortcomings on older ships: the air conditioning was almost always broken, no supervision at the pool loungers with towels left for hours, jacuzzis always occupied by the same people and even babies! Too much noise at 4:00 in the morning that makes it impossible to sleep.

MSC never disappoints us. This is our second cruise with this company and we definitely won’t change. Once again this year, we had a wonderful experience on the magnificent MSC: impeccable service, kindness, and courtesy.
This is the 7th Cruise I've taken with MSC since December 2022 and I have exclusively done Cruises with MSC.
In Civitavecchia there were problems with the shuttle from the MSC parking lot to the ship. On arrival we had to wait in the sun; same on the way back. The shuttle was a city bus and there were problems with the luggage. Never had similar problems
Msc cruises is a wonderful company, we had a great time on the Euribia, the welcome was excellent, everyone was very helpful.

Little care for the children. I had a lot of difficulty and little practicality in finding food for my son. There is no family corner. I had to go up and down from the buffet to the aurora restaurant and in any case the food for my son was not suitable. There is no shop for children for basic necessities like diapers or anything else.
Unfortunately I noticed a worsening regarding the attention towards customers. The first day we had a problem with the door of our cabin. After repeated requests from us to the reception and the cleaning manager of our cabin, we stood in the corridor for almost an hour before someone came to open the door. We did not receive any message of apology for the inconvenience. Regarding the entertainment: Delphi program a bit repetitive one day the circus the next day the magician, one evening only songs the next evening show around a singer... The real high-caliber artists were the singers of the Carosel, really really good! The evening on Adel was exceptional. The band was unbalanced, the strings could not be heard at all and everything was overwhelmed by the drums...
