MSC Cruises is a guarantee for us... TOP!
I would never change cruise line, because cruising with MSC is a guarantee.
The cruise line is always a guarantee.
Excellent cruise line!
Yacht Club, always a guarantee, and the one on Seaview is especially beautiful. Everything is open and spacious, with an infinity pool, and you can admire the sky and sea from every angle.
I have always chosen MSC, thanks to Fabio and my agency. I am extremely happy and satisfied with my experience; the cruise line is impeccable, and I would not switch to any other.
Excellent and very efficient, with highly professional, kind, and extremely helpful staff. More than positive assessment.
Reliable, a strong and well-positioned brand.
We only and always travel with MSC. We are extremely satisfied: they are very professional, friendly, and cheerful.
The cruise line was very good, and the crew were very helpful and kind. Thank you for the work done, especially to cabin steward Marcus da Silva and Mahmudi, waiter from Indonesia.
It was a fantastic experience. Everything was perfect.
I have no words to describe the professionalism shown by the MSC staff. From the captain to the young man who cleaned our room (8009), they were kind, respectful, and attentive to our wishes. What struck me most was that, despite being far from their families and despite the fact that we, as guests, expected a lot, they ALWAYS had a smile on their faces. This means they enjoyed the work they were doing, that they were not working only for a salary, but put their heart into it. This shows that MSC chooses its staff very well. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
