Beautiful ship, well-organized areas, wonderful events, clean.

I noticed that restaurants of the same level, Opera and Minuetto, offer a different standard of service. My original reservation was for Opera, but after requesting a change to Minuetto, I had a much better experience. Cabin cleanliness – There is room for improvement; I was not satisfied. I have no complaints regarding the shows, entertainment, or the assistance provided by Erika.

A magnificent ship. Immense, offering plenty of activities and beautifully finished relaxation areas.
The Virtuosa is a very beautiful ship, with spacious areas and cabins that are always clean and well maintained. The seawater pool is excellent. The only drawback is the music and events on deck, played at such a high volume that it was impossible to have a conversation or even think about listening to music with headphones.
The ship, modern and elegant, offers comfortable environments and a wide range of activities and entertainment for all ages, always maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
