Excellent organization
My first cruise with Costa was in 2005, and unfortunately the difference compared with today is enormous—and decidedly negative.
It did not live up to expectations.
This was my second cruise with Costa, and I had a very positive experience. The staff were welcoming and always ready to provide information and resolve any issues. However, a special mention must go to the cabin attendants: they were fantastic. You hardly notice their presence, but whenever you return to your cabin, you find it perfectly clean and tidy. Truly outstanding.
Costa Cruises has always been my favourite cruise line.
