Costa is an excellent cruise line, but I’m not giving it a 10 because I have only tried this one and cannot make comparisons.

Everything was perfect: very clean, and the staff were extremely kind.
Costa Cruises does not organise excursions for people with disabilities, except in Marseille and Barcelona. They should also consider other destinations; otherwise, everything becomes much more complicated. Alternatively, upon request, they could arrange accessible taxis for people with disabilities.
