Carnival Venezia, the ship
Formerly known as Costa Venezia, the new Carnival Venezia is an integral part of a project designed to bring the 'Fun Italian Style' to the sea, or to mix the Italian characteristics of the ship with the fun style, or Fun, of Carnival Cruise Line.
Capable of accommodating approximately 4,072 passengers, the new unit of the Carnival fleet will debut from New York in June 2023 with various itineraries to the Bahamas and Caribbean. Inside, the ship's baroque decorations will be combined with some evergreens of Carnival as well as new concepts specifically designed for the ship. These include the Carnevale Terrace, or the panoramic stern terrace on the fifth deck with many seats and two hot tubs, the Amari bar and the Frizzante Bar designed to celebrate good Italian drinking and the Rococo and Blue Iguana at the pool. New features also in the field of catering with the introduction of the Tomodoro, a new gastronomic corner that combines Mexican and Italian cuisine, the Guy Burger Joint, the Strada Grill with Italian street food and other restaurants with menus designed to celebrate Italian cuisine.

In addition to the Carnival Cruise Line classics including the Fahrenheit 555 Steakhouse, Bonsai Sushi & Teppanyaki and the Chef's Table, there will be several areas on board the new Fun Ship designed for the relaxation and fun of guests.
