Compliments for their professionalism to Maitre Luis (from Colombia) and Waiter José (from Peru) at the Albatros Restaurant, Deck 3. The ship was very clean, and the cabins were well maintained, even if we occasionally had to ask for a few things — still, everything was fine overall. At the Reception Bar, however, there was an unpleasant episode: while I was ordering a drink, the bartender casually took off one of his shoes and started massaging his foot, giving off an unpleasant odor — and then proceeded to serve me my drink! I immediately reported the incident to the Reception.
