Skagen

Skagen is a Danish town located in the North Jutland region on the northernmost tip of the island of Vendsyssel-Thy. It is part of the municipality of Frederikshavn. In the vicinity of Skagen, frequented by tourists, there is Grenen, a strip of sand that extends to the north-east at the point where the two seas Skagerrak and Kattegat meet, generating turbulence that makes navigation difficult.
