Outdoor and indoor pools were inaccessible because they were too crowded. The time guests spend in the pools should be monitored to ensure that everyone can enjoy them.

MSC EURIBIA is the most beautiful ship I have ever seen—new, spacious, well-organized, and above all, wonderfully quiet.
The ship Euribia was wonderful, with an extremely efficient and friendly staff, especially the dining room manager Eduardo Alarcon, who was exceptionally helpful.

The catering organization needs to be reviewed, the buffet is a massacre while the restaurant service is very slow both for lunch and breakfast. The screen on the central promenade is not used, the introduction of the various stages is missing
