Beautiful places, especially Istanbul. As for the beaches in Greece, it is better to organize transport in advance; otherwise, you only get to see the town center.

A very beautiful and appealing itinerary. Since I had already done it before, I will only comment on the stop in Tunisia, the only new one: leaving the port was very easy, with quick and smooth police checks both when disembarking and when returning to the ship. Once outside the port, reaching the Medina requires some form of transport, as the distance is quite considerable.
Toulon was a little disappointing, while the other destinations were very beautiful, especially Mallorca.
