The breakfast and lunch service in the restaurant could be improved. There seemed to be an adequate number of staff members, but in my humble opinion, the service was not managed particularly well. There was also little attention given to Diamond members. Dinner service, on the other hand, was perfect. I would especially like to highlight the great professionalism of our waitress, NI NENGAH YUSDIANTARI, and the assistant waiter, VINCET. The cabin attendant was also extremely professional. The cabin was always kept impeccably clean. He introduced himself on the first day, which I really appreciated. After 12 cruises, this was the first time this had happened to me, except when I travelled in the Yacht Club. Special thanks also to the cabin attendant WILLIAM BAZY and to EMI LISTIANI, who worked at the ice cream counter.

I do not have the possibility to compare MSC with other cruise lines or other cruises, as this was my first experience. However, based on what I experienced, I can express a positive opinion about the overall experience.
MSC once again proves to be an excellent cruise line, with an impressive fleet offering a wide range of ships, allowing everyone to choose the one that best suits their personal preferences. Personally, I prefer small to mid-sized ships, as I find them more intimate and easier to navigate.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The quality of the food was poor. The company’s decision to switch to MSC AQUA was a very bad idea, as the water tastes of chlorine. Plastic bottles were better.
