Overall, it was a wonderful holiday, mainly because I was in the Yacht Club. Otherwise, I found the ship and the level of service rather disappointing compared with other MSC cruises.
Everything was efficient and perfectly organized, with courteous staff. The entertainment, however, was somewhat lacking.

MSC is very well organised when it comes to transfers, especially from Venice, which was my port of embarkation. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. Great attention is paid to the cleanliness of the decks and restaurants, where officers are always present.
I believe that in recent years MSC has been focusing much more on quantity rather than quality. The cabin staff continue to provide a very good level of service, but unfortunately the quality and variety of the food and menus offered seem to be steadily declining.
Helpful and attentive staff, although not always fully informed when it comes to questions that may arise for less experienced travellers. Excellent organisation. The cabin was a little small for three people. Restaurant service at Crab with Jeferson: 10/10. Cabin cleaning service with Putu: 10/10. Foot analysis and orthotics service with Yasmine: 10/10.
All in all, we received a warm welcome and good service, both in the cabin and in the bars and restaurants.

Everything went very well overall. The only drawbacks were the girl who held the disembarkation meeting (Nunzia), as her explanations were not very clear, and the blonde member of the pool games/entertainment team (she was not Italian), who unfortunately seemed to lack both motivation and enthusiasm.
