The cruise itself was very nice, but the entertainment was not particularly varied and became too repetitive.

I have taken many cruises, always and only with MSC, but I really think this was my last one.
I would like to point out that, although we had booked a group cruise with four cabins, we experienced a number of inconveniences that resulted in us being separated from our family, starting from embarkation and continuing with the management of the cabins and restaurants. Overall, after our third cruise with you, we have noticed a clear decline in quality compared with the past and with your competitors. In addition, there were several serious service issues: chaotic management of restaurant seating, extremely long queues at the bars, even just for a coffee, and a very poor-quality drinks package. The pool area and sun loungers were practically inaccessible due to overcrowding. Furthermore, the embarkation photo package, which had been paid for in advance, contained incorrect photos, while the prices of the excursions were disproportionately high compared with those offered by local operators. Overall, I consider the service to be unsatisfactory.

Everything was perfect, from the food to the cabin and the service, which was impeccable. I would also like to mention the kids’ club: the staff were extremely kind and caring.
