Wonderful experience, everything was perfect. The only downside, unfortunately, was MSC’s water: undrinkable, with a strong chlorine taste.

It was a wonderful experience.
We have taken eight cruises with MSC, and this was the first time we embarked from Civitavecchia. We have always had positive experiences, but never before have I noticed such a lack of manners and respect towards the people working on board. Some guests arrived at dinner even 45 minutes late, others called the waiters as if they were at their local bar, while some were constantly shouting. Adults and children walked around the buffet barefoot and inappropriately dressed, and there was also dirt in the upper-deck pools. Not to mention the usual inconsiderate people who skip the queue. I am not sure whether MSC will still be our first choice in the future.
MSC is wonderful.
I love MSC, but compared to a few years ago, I feel it has lost something. I’m sorry to say it, but that’s how I see it.
