MSC as a cruise line does not offer a fully comprehensive level of service. The water from the dispensers is undrinkable, and stricter rules are needed regarding the use of sun loungers by passengers.

We spent a wonderful family holiday on board MSC. It was a truly enjoyable experience, full of special moments to share and perfectly suited to both adults and children. We particularly appreciated the excellent organization, the cleanliness of the ship, the quality of the service and the kindness of the staff, who were always helpful and attentive to our needs. The entertainment and activities made the cruise even more enjoyable for the whole family. It was a relaxing holiday, yet at the same time filled with excitement and unforgettable memories. An experience we would gladly repeat and that we would definitely recommend to families looking to enjoy a wonderful holiday together.

MSC is second to none, but they should offer more meal options for guests with coeliac disease. Excursions are too expensive.
