We had an excellent impression, but more attention is needed for people with disabilities.
In my opinion, MSC is the best cruise line.
It was my first cruise, so I can’t make any comparisons. I had a good experience.
Very beautiful ship, but somewhat confusing to navigate.
Some things to improve.
A wonderful experience! We’d like to send our greetings to Sarath, the smiling and cheerful cabin steward who kept us company throughout our trip, and to Fika, the bright and joyful waitress at the restaurant. We had such a great time and truly felt at home. A huge thank you to everyone, and special compliments to the entertainment team, especially Camila, Oliver, and all the others who work with them. Thank you so much — a big hug and see you next time! Sara and Simone
My husband and I had a wonderful time; we’re thinking about taking another cruise.
I am a loyal customer and consider the company excellent.
TOP – it feels just like being part of a family.
Exceptional company, outstanding cuisine both in quality and quantity, EXCELLENT entertainment.
Well organized in managing travelers, always available to provide shuttles for independent excursions, and all staff are kind and ready to help with any request.
Staff always helpful and courteous.
I recommend it.
MSC always maintains an excellent standard.
Poor organization
