Legend of the Seas, a new flagship for Royal Caribbean
Legend of the Seas, the third ship in the Icon class of Royal Caribbean, promises to elevate the cruise experience to a higher level, with the Mediterranean chosen as the destination for its maiden voyage.
With a length of 365 meters and a gross tonnage of 250,800 tons, Legend of the Seas can accommodate up to 7,600 passengers in 2,805 cabins, most of which have a balcony. Divided into eight themed districts, the ship offers a variety of experiences designed to satisfy every type of guest. Among the novelties compared to the twin ships, the renovated design of the Category 6 water park stands out, one of the largest ever built on a cruise ship. Furthermore, the Royal Bay Pool, one of the largest swimming pools at sea, offers guests ample space for relaxation and fun.
Legend of the Seas: designed to surprise
The Royal Promenade integrates more than 15 locations dedicated to catering and relaxation, including original spaces such as an ice rink and surf simulators. The accommodations are also designed to meet different needs: from comfortable inside cabins to spacious suites with balconies, all designed to ensure maximum comfort during navigation.
Legend of the Seas will be powered by liquefied natural gas (LNG), confirming Royal Caribbean's commitment to more sustainable energy solutions.
