Legend of the Seas: A New Flagship for Royal Caribbean
Legend of the Seas, the third ship in Royal Caribbean's Icon class, promises to elevate the cruise experience to a new level, with the Mediterranean chosen as the destination for its maiden voyage.
With a length of 365 meters and a gross tonnage of 250,800, Legend of the Seas can accommodate up to 7,600 passengers in 2,805 cabins, most of which feature balconies. Divided into eight themed neighborhoods, the ship offers a variety of experiences designed to satisfy every type of guest. Among the new features compared to its sister ships is the redesigned Category 6 water park, one of the largest ever built on a cruise ship. Additionally, the Royal Bay Pool, one of the largest pools at sea, provides guests with ample space for relaxation and fun.
Legend of the Seas: Designed to Amaze
The Royal Promenade integrates over 15 dining and leisure venues, including unique spaces such as an ice-skating rink and surf simulators. Accommodations are also designed to meet diverse needs, ranging from comfortable interior cabins to spacious balcony suites, all crafted to ensure maximum comfort during the voyage.
Legend of the Seas will be powered by liquefied natural gas (LNG), reaffirming Royal Caribbean's commitment to more sustainable energy solutions.
